Where do you source your toys and gifts?

We only work with the best brands to provide top quality toys.  Over the years, some brands and have been dropped and we are always on the lookout for fresh, inspiring new products and ideas.  For a full list, go to our Brands page.

What payment methods do you take?

We take all major credit cards, PayPal and Amazon Payments.

Is it safe to purchase on your site?

Yes and we completely understand that this is very important.  Look out for our web address at the top of your browser page, you will see it says ‘Secure’ and our web address starts with “https:” which lets you know it is a safe and secure connection.

Do I need to create an account?

No.  You can checkout as a visitor quickly and easily.

What are the delivery options?

We use Royal Mail and a number of couriers including UPS, TNT, DPD and Hermes which all offer a tracked service.  If you have a preference or want to check any details, please let us know at sales@bigbearstoybox.co.uk or go to our Delivery & Shipping Information page

Do you do next day delivery?

We do offer a next day service.  This is generally with the Royal Mail or UPS.

My parcel hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Any parcel sent by courier will be tracked and we will have sent you the tracking details when your order is shipped.   You should be able to find out from these details where your parcel is and when to expect delivery.

I cannot find the tracking details, what should I do?

Contact us and we will re-send these details or we will check for you.

I am at work during the day, so will not be at home to sign for parcels.

Many customers have the item sent to them at work.  Also, when you place the order you can give special instructions on a safe place the parcel may be left by the courier if you are not at home.

What if I want to return my item?

That’s no problem.  We have a whole page dedicated to Returns Information.
